TripX Pro does not provide travel insurance and cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of inadequate insurance coverage.
Health and Safety: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they are in good health and fit to travel. Travelers should consult with their healthcare provider regarding any necessary vaccinations or medical precautions for their chosen destination. TripX Pro cannot be held liable for any health-related issues or emergencies that may arise during travel.
Limitation of Liability: TripX Pro, its affiliates, partners, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the services provided, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
